THE CHALLENGE

People can be obsessed with finding the perfect color to match their vision. And while the human eye can detect over one million colors, we don't see, experience, or remember them in the same ways. Sherman Williams wanted to give customers an intuative tool to find unique colors that are specific to what they see in their minds.

THE SOLUTION

Speaking In Color is a voice-activated AI color discovery system that produces hues based on human inspiration. Based upon customer input it analyzes millions of images in a search algorithm, before optical recognition technology creates a custom color palette. For the first time ever, color can be spoken into existence.
